Each individual may hold only one betproo account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in forfeiture of all balances. Your account is personal — you may not transfer, sell, or share it with any other person.
All betproo bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, game contribution rates, and minimum odds restrictions. Bonus funds must be wagered before withdrawal. Attempting to exploit bonuses is a breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for keeping your betproo login credentials secure. betproo will never ask for your password. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are shared is your responsibility.

Non-Transferability. Your betproo account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any third party. betproo account credits and balances have no monetary value outside the platform and cannot be sold or transferred between accounts.
Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. betproo reserves the right to apply a monthly maintenance fee to dormant accounts as detailed in the account management policy, and to close accounts that remain inactive for an extended period following reasonable prior notice.
All transactions on betproo are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). betproo supports the following payment methods for deposits: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and bank transfer. The available methods may change from time to time and are displayed within your account dashboard.
Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 per transaction unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer.
Processing Times. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your betproo wallet within 60 seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours depending on the processing bank. betproo is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider.
Payment Source. You confirm that all funds deposited into your betproo account are from a legitimate source and that you are the authorised holder of the payment method used. betproo does not accept third-party payments. Deposits made from payment methods not registered in your name may be returned and your account suspended pending investigation.
Currency. All deposits, withdrawals, bets, wins, and bonuses are displayed and processed in PKR. betproo does not charge currency conversion fees.
Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals must ordinarily be processed back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. Where this is not possible due to technical constraints, betproo will contact you to agree on an alternative method.
Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
Processing Times. betproo aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 3 to 10 business minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and within 1 to 3 business days for bank transfers. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
KYC Verification. Withdrawals will not be processed until your betproo account has been fully verified. betproo reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending receipt and approval of satisfactory KYC documentation. This is a regulatory requirement and is applied without exception.
Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus play are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 6 before they may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met will result in forfeiture of the bonus amount.

Placement of Bets. All bets placed on betproo are final once confirmed. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of your selection, stake, and market before confirming a wager. betproo is not obligated to reverse confirmed bets due to user error.
Odds. Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that will apply to your wager. betproo reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors, and bets placed on manifestly incorrect odds may be voided at betproo's discretion.
Event Cancellations. Where a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without resumption within a period specified in the applicable sport-specific betting rules, bets will ordinarily be voided and stakes returned. Maximum Winnings. betproo may apply maximum payout limits to individual markets, sports, or bet types. These limits are stated within the relevant betting interface. Winnings exceeding the applicable maximum will be paid at the stated maximum.
Live Betting. In-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of the market and the current state of play. betproo reserves the right to suspend or close live betting markets at any time. Bets already accepted prior to suspension remain valid.

betproo's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your betproo account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
betproo does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Access to the platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Closure by You. You may close your betproo account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, betproo will process any pending withdrawals of verified real-money balances to your registered payment method, subject to KYC compliance.
